Know Your Policy!  Know What is and Isn't Covered! Perform Routine Maintenance!

Most policies don’t cover seasonal inspections.  Read your contract.  Most policies don't cover everything.  You may be responsible for non-covered charges.

When your warranty company sends a technician to your home he is working under contract and must abide by the contract.  His job is to address the immediate problem reported on the service work order and to perform his duties accordingly.

Most policies cover labor and equipment, but do not cover inspections, general maintenance or state code requirements.

Know Your Responsibility and You Can Avoid Having Your Warranty Company Deny Coverage.

To help with this, We Offer:

  • Yearly Pre-Season Inspections Before Start-Up
  • Routine Maintenance
  • Information on Safety & Code changes
